SERVICE & DESIGN (CAD/CAM)

Weatherald offer the latest in CNC machining facilities and we pride ourselves on the flexibility of our production unit and the technical skill of our workforce.

Our membership of FIRA ensures that products can be designed, tested and approved to the highest standards.

We provide CAD/CAM facilities to assist our customers at all stages of manufacture, from design ideas to completed products. We can assist in value engineering items and even hold stock, freeing up your space and working capital.

FINISHING

We are proud to be able to offer a full finishing service. Items can be hand or machine sprayed in waterborne, compliant A.C. or P.U. lacquers. Colour matching is a speciality.

Products for exterior use can be finished in various micro porous systems, UV inhibitors or protective oils.
